Mobile Clinic

Day Two in Panama
Today we went to Punta Chame to help Spay Panama with their mobile clinic. We carried the dogs and cats from one station to the next.  They ranged in size from less than two pound kittens to an eighty pound dog. The animals were completely asleep while they were moved from place to place. It was strange carrying an unconscious animal in my arms while people were all around me. In total, 267 surgeries were performed in five hours. By the end of the day,
I realized I was tired but very happy that I had helped so many animals live better lives.
